There are a few exceptions to the rule. In consideration of other guests, they are not allowed in the wellness, casino, conference hall, swimming pool, beach, or restaurants. Dogs are welcome at the Lobby bar terrace, pool Bar, “Dog Station” located on the green lawn near the hotel pool, and the terrace of the restaurant Promenada, but they must be on a lead or inside a pet crate.
There is a dog walking area at the property, and a dog sitting service is available by request - mandatory 24h in advance(€).
The hotel also reserves the right to charge for any damage your dog might cause. Upon arrival, your dog will receive special amenities in the guestroom. Max 2 dogs per room.
The additional charge for dogs is EUR 30.00 per day per dog - during the summer season and EUR 20.00 per day per dog – out of season.
